We would love to be your weekly lawn maintenance provider year-round, but we are not going to hold you to a contract when cooler temperatures or drought conditions slow or stall growth. If your lawn does not need to be mowed, we won't mow it. Why should you pay for service when it's not needed.

Communication is vital to establish and maintain great relationships. We appreciate your business and we value your time. If you contact us, we will respond immediately if possible, but always within 24 hours.

Satisfaction guaranteed.

We strive for happy clients 100% of the time. If you're not satisfied with our service, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If you are still not happy, we will not charge you for the service we just performed.

Consistent schedule.

If your property is scheduled for a specific day of the week, we will provide service on that day. If there is ever a need to change your service schedule, we will contact you via phone call, text, or email - possibly all three - with as much advance notice as possible.

Pay as you go, cancel at any time.

We do NOT require you to pay for a month of scheduled service in advance. We collect payment at the time of each service via, cash, check, Venmo or credit card. We do not bill for services or send out invoices. You can pause or cancel service with us at any time as needed.

High-quality work.

We love the look of a job well done. We'll use a line trimmer around every fence, light post, and any other area our mowers will not reach. We'll use a metal blade edger every service. Then, we'll blow all the concrete and hard surfaces clean of grass clippings.

Pre-service checklist.

On the initial visit, we will conduct a "pre-cut" inspection of the property to identify problems, areas of concern, or specific conditions. We'll email you a copy of that inspection, often with photographs, and attempt to contact you with any concerns prior to starting service on your property.

Post-service checklist - We lock gates!

We'll complete a 9-point post-service checklist to ensure that the quality of our work was thorough. The last item on that 9-point checklist reads: “Is the client’s gate locked or secured?” We'll also take post-service photos of the completed work and send them to you if you're not at home at the time of service.

Competitive prices.

We will meet or beat any legitimate written estimate from any licensed competitor for lawn maintenance services at your property. We also maintain a referral program where clients receive 25% off their next mowing service for each paying customer they refer. Weekly maintenance-ready prices start at $35, and are cheaper per cut than bi-weekly or initial clean-up services.

Professional equipment & appearance.

Our highly trained employees must pass a drug test and background check. We are well-groomed, wear appropriate clothing, footwear, and protective items. We prohibit smoking while on the clock. We use high-quality, light-weight, professional-grade equipment that is efficient and appropriate for residential lawn care.
